Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. EMMESPHERE products may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, no questions asked.
All returned products must be unused and in its original and salable condition. Product returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to you at the discretion of EMMESPHERE.
EMMESPHERE do not refund shipping costs and are not responsible for any return item lost in transit. You are highly recommended to use a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
EMMESPHERE Returns Policy is limited to products purchased on the EMMESPHERE official store (emmesphere.com). Products purchased from third-party retailers are subject to their own policies independent of EMMESPHERE. However any warranty issues will be honored under EMMESPHERE standard 1 year warranty policy as long as it was purchased from an authorized retailer.
Prepare a Return
To return EMMESPHERE product, please follow the process below:
- Initiate your return by completing the following form. You will receive a confirmation email with the detailed instructions for returning your order.
- Package the product securely in the original packing materials. Clearly write the order number or include the original delivery note in the shipping box you are returning.
- Arrange return shipping using the carrier of your choice. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Return the product to EMMESPHERE distribution center at EMMESPHERE, 1/F., 92 Jervois St., Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
If an order is unable to be delivered and returned to us due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. an incomplete or incorrect address), or duties and taxes are not paid, EMMESPHERE will process refund upon receiving the returning package. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages and a restocking fee (20% of the original invoice price) will apply from the refund.
Shipping carrier will attempt delivery at the address provided when placing the order. If you are unavailable for delivery, most carriers will leave a notice on your door advising you of the attempted delivery, and that the package is available at your local depot for pick up. This notice will include a phone number to contact for more information. Your package will be available for pick up for 5 - 7 business days, after which it may be returned to us.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Please allow up to 14 business days for the money to be credited to the original payment method. You will only be credited for the products and not original shipping cost.
You can exchange any product for another of equal or greater value provided it is available at EMMESPHERE online store. However, your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.
