Product Care

Over time, the surface of gold, platinum and silver jewelry can become dulled. We recommend to remove Emmesphere / Loveshphere before participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will also result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry.

EMMESPHERE necklace cords may change or oxidize and discolour slightly when worn over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect.

Product discolouration and fading could caused by (and not limited to) the following: perspiration, chlorine, perfumes, cleaning agents, and silver polish. We do not recommend using silver polishing liquid. Oxidized (dark) jewelry does not benefit from being dipped in silver polishing liquid, as it destroys the oxidation.

Product storage is important as well. At the time of purchase, all EMMESPHERE products comes in a protective box or case. Between wearing, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch. Do not store them in the bathroom.

 

Warranty

EMMESPHERE strives to build to perfection. However, sometimes there are inevitable defects in manufacture. Should you experience any issues due to defect with your product within one year (12 months) of purchase, contact us and our warranty ensures you a replacement should the product be found defective.
