COVID-19 Shipping Update

The outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) has caused significant disruption to global logistic due to reduced air cargo capacity.

In order to reduce shipping delays, we have had to make adjustments on our shipping arrangement with a substantial increase in costs, and we have to temporarily cease offering "free worldwide shipping". As such, we thank you in advance for your understanding, and we assure you that revisions on this shipping policy will be made as soon as International freight resumes normal.

As of March 8, a "temporary shipping fee" on will be charged on all Emmesphere orders. Free Shipping for Hemisphere and Qliq! products will continue to be available, however shipping time may take longer. Updated amounts can be found below.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, EMMESPHERE does not ship orders to post office boxes.

 

Order Processing

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 days after confirmation. Shipping time for pre-order items may take longer, but they will be remarked in the product details which can be found in the product information section . Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can where possible.

Please note that we will process the orders on Mondays to Saturdays except Sundays and Public Holidays. All orders placed after 12nn will be processed on the next day.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations if your order has already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses is not possible once in transit.

 

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (please check your junk or spam mail folder if you did not receive it). Please use the tracking number to locate the delivery status of your parcel.

We accept the following payment methods on EMMESPHERE official website, All payments will be charged in United States Dollars (USD). These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted payment information is encrypted. If you would like to use credit cards other than Visa, MasterCard or American Express, we recommend using PayPal as it accepts a variety of other cards, e.g. Discover, Diners Club, or JCB card and etc.:

For your protection against fraud, EMMESPHERE offers Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to confirm your identity. These are a security feature for online transactions. International transaction fees may be applied by your bank to orders paid for with locally registered credit cards. EMMESPHERE does not receive these fees, nor has control over fees applied, and cannot refund bank charges. Please contact your card issuer for further details.

 

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are estimated according to your selected shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout page for reference only. EMMESPHERE does not collect taxes and duties at time of purchase. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or value added tax (VAT), which are collected by customs office or the carrier upon delivery.
