EMMESPHERE stands behind every product it sells. If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may contact us and return it to us for inspection.
EMMESPHERE warrants all of its products purchased through an authorized distribution channel or EMMESPHERE official store, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of one year (12 months), from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, if a defect is identified, and the product is returned by completing the steps outlined in our return policy, EMMESPHERE will, at its discretion, to the extent permitted by law, either:
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts, at EMMESPHERE's expense;
- replace the product with a new one that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced; or
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
EMMESPHERE shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective product is returned to EMMESPHERE headquarters. EMMESPHERE is not responsible for the return shipment of warranty or for any return item lost in transit. A replacement product will assume the remaining warranty of the original product or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever period is longer. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes EMMESPHERE's property.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by EMMESPHERE and purchased through authorized distribution channels. EMMESPHERE cannot vouch for the authenticity of products purchased through unauthorized channels nor the quality control procedures of the retailers in those channels.
This Warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items and does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. This Warranty does not apply to damage to products caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or use of non-EMMESPHERE products together with EMMESPHERE products.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- stretching of necklace chains is not considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
- discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- losing stone or a crystal has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
Do not expose EMMESPHERE products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. Please refer to the product care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your EMMESPHERE product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your EMMESPHERE product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
